The Fatherhood Readiness Program™ is a structured, 8-hour online course designed specifically for fathers navigating separation, divorce, or high-conflict co-parenting.
Grounded in fatherhood education, trauma-informed care, and nationally recognized standards for parent education, this course gives fathers the tools they need to co-parent ethically, calmly, and confidently.
This course is accepted in most courts nationwide and meets the typical requirement for a “Parenting, Co-Parenting, or Divorce Education Class.”
Traditional co-parenting classes often overlook the unique challenges fathers face:
Managing two households without the same support
Feeling invisible or misunderstood in the system
Struggling to stay connected to their children during conflict
Learning how to lead emotionally, not just logistically
Handling communication breakdowns with calm, court-safe habits
The Fatherhood Readiness Program™ fills that gap by teaching practical skills through modeling, not lecturing — so fathers can build consistency that children feel and courts recognize.
This class is structured into seven core modules, each representing one of the foundational philosophies we teach. Together, they form the backbone of strong, stable, child-centered co-parenting.
Modeling Healthy Eating, Routines, and Physical Care
Fathers learn how daily habits — food choices, meals, structure, and wellbeing — shape a child’s emotional security. This module teaches modeling over lecturing, so children learn through what they see, not what they’re told.
This module teaches the father-focused discipline framework used by educators and child-development experts. Fathers learn how to correct behavior while strengthening connection, not damaging it — especially across two homes.
Fathers learn how children experience separation, transitions, routines, and emotional continuity. This module rewires how dads think about co-parenting so they can support the child’s whole world, not just their own household.
Separated fathers can’t rely on “Dad-only” roles anymore.
This module helps fathers step into both nurturing and leadership roles — providing comfort, structure, emotional safety, boundaries, and presence all at once.
A father-specific communication framework built from the principles of Gray Rock, Emotional neutrality, Fact-based communication, Role-modeling respect for the mother, Court-safe language and documentation.
Fathers learn how to build a community for their children, avoid isolation, and form relational boundaries that protect kids from attachment disruption when dating or cohabiting.
This module teaches fathers how routines, habits, chores, schoolwork rhythms, bedtime rituals, and household stability support emotional wellbeing and reduce conflict.
